Working within high-end retail, I saw the mechanics behind luxury: the merchandising strategies, the stock rotations, the subtle psychology of display, and the power of presentation.
But More Importantly — I Watched People and How They Reacted to Fashion.
I watched how they approached a rack and how they hesitated at price tags. How they responded emotionally to fabric, colour, and silhouette. How confidence shifted when something fit perfectly.

And that reaction taught me something profound:
